Warm Tips:
Taste Strength: for the best taste at the first time，please fill the filter cup fully, then add 200ml of water and press 15 minutes to start the trial. If lighter to your taste, switch to 30 minutes or more until reach your desired taste. The water range is 200ml to 500ml.
Coffee Type: Use the coarse or medium size ground coffee. Fine grind coffee may clog the filter.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
