Coffee & Cannoli Inc Return Policy

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the item's cost, minus shipping and handling costs incurred by Coffee & Cannoli Inc.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift certificates, special orders, items marked "Made to Order," items selling for over $1000.00, personalized items, bulk orders of 3 or more of the same item, and layaway purchases are nonrefundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, use your "Completed Orders Page" or contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RMA). Follow the specified return instructions, including insuring the return for its full value.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued after receipt of the returned item in its original packaging. Refunds may be in the form of replacement, Coffee & Cannoli Inc gift Card, refund check, or credit to the original credit/debit card.

Damaged Shipments or Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt. Keep all original packaging for damaged items. Coffee & Cannoli Inc will replace damaged or defective items at no cost and handle the return processing.
